Niger has suspended its participation in the Multinational Joint Task Force, and Chad has threatened to withdraw.
This was during an event to commemorate the 72nd World Leprosy Day, yesterday January 26, 2025 in Yaounde.
An awareness-raising workshop to that effect took place at the Ministry of External Relations on January 24, 2025.
